These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the digital services, drive environments, and waitlist registration provided by Strontus GmbH (in formation). By registering, creating an account, or accessing our services, you fully agree to these terms.

In compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we inform you that we collect, store, and process personal data (specifically: name, email address, IP address, and browser metadata) for the sole purpose of provisioning your secure workspace and credentials.

• Data Controller: Strontus GmbH (in formation).
• Purpose: Workspace management, security monitoring, and notification services.
• Data Retention: Active accounts retain data until explicit account closure or deletion request under GDPR Art. 17 (Right to Erasure).

All data uploaded to the Strontus Storage Vault is encrypted at rest using AES-256. Users are fully responsible for the protection and secrecy of their private master password and SSO credentials.
